Report banned user's threads

Hello everyone!

My forum is running the latest MyBB version and my users aren't able to report the threads of banned users to a moderator.

Is it a default MyBB function or there is something wrong with my settings?

Any help would be appreciated.

Go to your ACP -> Users & Groups -> Banned usergroup -> Users & permissions -> Account management (at the top) and first option. Select it.
