my forum members receive the verification mail on their spam box 
is there is a way to change it from the spam box ?

which type of mailing system you are using - php or smtp ?
are you using domain based email account [eg. [email protected]] for mailing ?

does your domain has correct records for SPF etc ..

what is your forum url ? have you seen above suggested few search results
probably mail related records are not correctly configured for your domain.

almost all records are looking fine (checked with mxtoolbox.com)

have you also tried using SMTP mail (of course, through domain based email)

i have tried that, i think the best way is to buy an SMTP server
what is the best SMTP provider works without problems with mybb

This method works only on a windows OS

I host my own domain email server and it has worked flawlessly for almost 1 year with mybb (smtp configuration with ssl)
