User can't Register to my Forum

Hello Everyone,

Recently i add MyBB forum to my Website. After installation i try to create a user on my forum but i can't do this. I can't even find the issue. When you enter a username it stays red, no matter the name you choose.  The other fields work fine, even captcha is accepted.  I can also create users manually just fine through the admin panel, so not sure what's going on. I am absolute newbie to MyBB. So please help me.

run file verification tool from below location. what does it report ?
forum admin panel >> tools & maintenance >> file verification

ignore reported images & ignore files reported from install folder & its sub-folders

also cookie path is incorrect for your forum. it should be /Forum/
it can be changed at Site Details page of configuration section in forum admin panel

Congratulations! No corrupt files have been found on your installation.

And cookie path is also changed.
Now user can register successfully and even login successfully. Thankyou so much for your help.
