You can check out www.mybbmods.com, they have some themes for download, and maybe you'll find what you're looking for.

You might need to tweak them, are your HTML capabilities good?

Then you'll have to wait until either: Someone fixes it for RC3, or someone creates one for RC3.

I, however, have much to do on my plate already with Upgrading and porting hacks to RC3 to create the templates you need.
