For some reason, the default name of the Unread messages folder (fid1) is "Inbox".
This is extremely confusing when the actual inbox is not a folder.
The user can rename fid1 to be "Unread" and I can add a manual link to the actual inbox in the UCP Nav, but obviously it'd be much better if that were just the default.
Wait, the board founder account gets a properly labeled "Inbox" (fid0, apparently) and "Unread" folder, but no other account does. Why...?

- How do I update all existing user's Unread folder to be named "Unread"? (Basically, what database table is this info stored in?)
- How can I force the default name of fid1 to be "Unread" instead of "Inbox" for new users?
