AFter installing Myalerts not able to visit forum

Hello all,

it would be great if any 1 helps me on what went wrong  after i installed myalerts plugin i am unable to access my forum. how do i fix it?

Am guessing you forgot to install a file from the plugin packages or one of the uploads failed.

Please reup everything again and lmk if something changes.
