I want to be able to open a forum and when you post threads only staff and the creator of the thread can see it. If you can do this please respond or if you find a already existing plugin.

no need plugin,When creating a forum, you can specify which user groups can access the forum.
Web,Windows,Android Programmer
Wordpress,Mybb,... Developer
How order new project ?
