[For 1.8] Change Author on Edit

Change Author on Edit lets you add to certain usergroups the ability to change the author of a thread upon editing of the first post. It's as simple as it sounds. The plugin adds 1 setting to each usergroup's permissions page.

Just tried this one, but can't seem to see the option to change the author. I have ensured {$changeauthor} is present in my editpost template, and the permission is correct on the usergroup

Turns out this is totally just my theme that doesnt display it. I added the template manually and all go.

When I click on the install link, it takes me to "This page isn’t working right now"!
