Hello.  I would like to display the number of registered users on my home page where I can find the correct code to get it out and work on my home page.  please help

By homepage what do you mean? If it is index then the number of registered members are already displayed under statistics.
If it is a custom homepage then if the page is extended from MyBB through a plugin (like Page Manager) then its not hard to fetch the number in it.
