If you don't have access to the database, then you won't be able to repair the database.
[i]However, if you have access to the file system[i/] and you have a backup of the database, then you can upload the database to some other place where you have access. And then you can modify the database inside inc/config.php.

There is a repair table tool in ACP > Maintenance, if you can access.
There also used to be a plugin to access database right from the ACP, if you can find it...
