[Enhancement] Make it so images that are pasted in don't count as text characters

If I paste an image directly in, it pastes, but when I try to post it, it says something like this:

Please reduce your characters (Using 65548 of 5000)

I have to link the image from another URL which makes it harder.
Please fix this.

Have you edited one of those posts with view source on?  You don't want base64 image data in your database.  At least I don't - lol.  Read this thread to setup an anonymous upload using an Imgur client ID.   Or optionally disable direct pasting of images:
