In the Elegance theme at:

When creating a post, there is no box for adding attachments and no way to open a browse dialog. All my other themes work ok.
I did use the suggestions regarding v1.8.21 changes as the post dialog wasn't loading properly:

I sent a PM to the author regarding the attachments issue but have received no reply.
I'm running MyBB 1.8.27.
