Wrongfully banned and no way to contact anybody

So, I was banned from The Final Outpost's Discord (when I hadn't spoken to anyone) and then their forums when I asked for help (once!). They gave me a hard IP ban saying I was spamming and that it will last forever.

I don't know what happened or who I can talk to in order to rectify this. My BB has it so that my banned account is locked that way and isn't able to contact anyone for help. This really doesn't seem right at all and I don't know what to do.

You could try to access from a different account.
