ThankYouLike System | How to add thread likes in forumdisplay_thread

I am trying to replace where it says "Rating" with likes, and add the amount of likes that thread has in the forumdisplay page.

Answered here too, but probably easiest is to simply toggle on the plugin's "Enable thanks/likes count for first posts on forum pages?" setting.
