your mean dot on end of thread url? like .html
if yes you can handle this with htaccess commands

nah i want to remove from title. like some one made a thread which title he added

This can be achieved with a PHP code change or a Plugin only.
You need a separate function that inspects the subject string to find and replace the character "." by a space sign.

Wo the hell does post such titles? Instead remind this user to not do so
