Doyles Character Count not showing in full editor

The title says it all. I'm working on a new and upcoming canine rpg site and we're having some issues with the doyles character count plugin. It shows up in quick reply but it won't show up in any of the full editors when it comes to new replies, new threads, or even editing posts. Was hoping to get some help with this.

The console shows some JavaScript errors on your page. The editor isn't loading either.
Possibly, the conflicts are caused by the 3 different jQuery files included by your theme.

If you were given access to the panel do you think you could possibly pin point it? We've been able to fix the word count at the post bit, and quick reply, its just the full edit.

I have not solved it yet. The farthest I have gotten is getting it in quick reply and getting the actual word count to show in the post bit.
