When i click on myalerts on the index page it send the error show above

Whats not working on said page? Says modal... Is that a popup of some sorts? Send forum link and test account.

It could be that the line:

<script type="text/javascript" src="{$mybb->asset_url}/jscripts/jquery.plugins.min.js?ver=1821"></script>

is missing from your headerinclude template, or that it is included in that template before the main jquery script. Try adding (or moving) it just after this line in that template:

<script type="text/javascript" src="{$mybb->asset_url}/jscripts/jquery.js?ver=1823"></script>

If that doesn't resolve the problem, it could be a permission error on that file. Check that you can browse without error to https://your-forum.tld/jscripts/jquery.plugins.min.js.
