Embedding content of a php page in mybb

I am creating a forum / website for a small gaming community using mybb. The website is located here: http://146.59.217.35. It has several tabs such as the "Servers" tab, which at the moment opens the corresponding content in a new page. The content of that page was developed independently from my mybb website. I would like to do a cleaner integration of such pages, by displaying them in the regular website template, with the header and menu on top, and the footer under it (in the same way that the forum appears). And then I would spend more time to ensure the consistency of theme, colors etc... I found several tutorials that explain how to create a custom page with some text that would appear between the header and footer, but I am struggling to make it work in the case of the php pages I have. You can find the content of the php page I would like to embed as an example.
I would be very happy to have some hints on how to make it work. I don't have a strong html / php / css background, but I am very patient and happy to learn
