Experiencing a Brand New Error on SMTP Mails

Hey there,

I've done my mail configuration but when i try to send a mass e-mail i got the following error;

Mail may not be delivered. Reason: 501 Failure No message body set g_allow_bodyless TRUE, or fix faulty mail client

The server returned message said the mail body was empty. What was the mail content?

I've written "test" as the content.

The problem was incorrect mail configuration.

My hosting provider adviced me some configuration and it returned as above error.

Then, they wanted my admin details and their mail configuration is working pretty fine.
