When someone is on a thread and they click "Reply," (instead of using the Quick Reply Box), they quote the last message.  Is there a way to stop it from quoting the last message when they click "Reply" or even entirely removing the "Reply" and "Quote" options?  Quick Reply works just fine for my needs, and I don't want to confuse users of my forum.  Thanks.

I changed mine in Languages > English (American) > global.lang.php

Find "postbit_button_quote" and change it from Reply to Quote.

Find "postbit_button_multiquote" and change it from Quote to Multi Quote.

Saved a lot of confusion and your users will see "Quote" "Multi Quote" and "New Reply" all self explanatory.

You can do this too: https://community.mybb.com/thread-234456...pid1373576

The point of the button though is that you're replying to that post, it's not simply a shortcut to replying. It's consistent behaviour with most forum software. It's usually useful to quote other posts for context, so not sure it's best to remove that feature.

Thank you both for the replies!  I appreciate it.

Matt, I used your solution to get rid of that.  I appreciate the forum norm, but for my needs, this will work a lot better.  Thanks for the help!
