'max_user_connections' Error

Thank you all. The weird part is I didn't see an error on the website or in the admin area ever. I just saw the error in the error log on the server. It hasn't logged an error fora week. If I see the error again, I may come back to this post to give you all more details. I understood "most" of what was said here. Thanks for the insight.
