RTL in Hebrew

i've tried to ask it already but there was no answer to the question how to make my forum rtl

i want to know if you know the contact information of the hebrew translators so i can ask them what should i do to make it right to left

it's already set to RTL there
but the forums is shown LTR

so i want to make my forums RTL again.
but every time the forums are opened without cookies i need to scroll down and choose hebrew from the menu (not when logged).

i don't remember how to do it HEBREW and RTL by default.....

can you tell me?

i did choose rtl, but it doesn't do that.
