[How To?] mobile support when using the hebrew language

how do i make a mobile layout support?
bear in mind that the forums are in hebrew.

they are still not RTL but the layout is in hebrew.

is it simple to make a mobile support in that case if i'm a beginner?

you have to use a responsive theme.... and for dark look you can use a dark theme as well

why isn't responsive theme a default?
any reccomendation for such theme that will work with hebrew?
