I edited it by mistake and now every themes I install has a problem. How should I reinstall or replace the master theme?

I did, but unfortunately the problem was not solved. Every template I install has a problem

Are you sure you've edited the master templates? That shouldn't even be possible via the ACP. How did you edit it exactly? Are you should you didn't create a new Global Template instead by accident?
