People are complaining abou getting this even AFTER successful login:
"You have failed to login within the required number of attempts. You must now wait 0h 14m 42s before you can login again."
And I just got it my self too. I have two logins and they are BOTH blocked even I only got the error in one account. Seems like an IP block.
Can I experiment with raising number of failed logins somewhere? Or the time people are blocked? Or can I reset the time counter?
