As the title of this post indicates, how do I modify the Portal page to look similar to this image below?
It doesn't have to be that fancy or elaborate, but I want to be able to create the portal.php "on the fly" without doing the coding.
In fact, I really like the way the 'Home' page is set up here on MyBB.com when you first see the 'landing page'.

Also, I do not need to have Latest Threads/Posts on the Portal Page where it shows the same thing on the Index.php page. I think it's redundant.
Does anyone have an easy way to modify the Portal Page for MyBB?
