My site was working properly at first.
But new users have had trouble signing up for some time 
Because after entering the necessary information, the contact page will appear to the site official. 

All unnecessary items such as captcha and imagecode I disabled it, but it hasn't been fixed yet.
Says the problem of the file Sql.
