plugins list empty

Good morning.

mybb 1.8.13 (I know i need to update it)
PHP Version 7.4.13

I've just moved servers and the plugin list is empty, meaning I can't uninstall any plugin etc.

The database has been restored and all posts etc are present.

Does anyone have any idea if there is a setting somewhere I need to change.

Yes I've reactivated the plugins I did follow the guide on here about moving servers.

Check if the inc/plugins/ directory is readable and only contains php files (and potentialy subdirectories if some plugins have subdirs)

It is indeed.

I've found putting all the plugins in the folder one by has helped me track down the offending plugin which is causing the issue.

So my next question would be how do uninstall it.

It's odd it was working fine on the other server, I've tried redownloading the plugin again in-case the file got corrupted on transfer but the result is the same.
