unable to install themes

hello, im unable to install any theme everytime i try to upload the xml theme in admin and right after i click import theme i get ( The connection was reset

tried many different them but it looks like the something is broken there whenever i try to upload theme ,

anyone have this issue and there any fix to it ?

Might be a trouble with your web host. If you can access the server logs, look at them

thx for replaying , i found out it was anti virus causing this, now it works fine
