Hey Guys,
If I receive enough requests for this theme, I will release it for you. If you're looking for a demonstration of the theme you may view it on my signature below and go to the footer and select "HF Blue". Its v1.0 so it's in stable condition. However, I have about 20% more to go. After it's final release I will not be updating it. But, you can though!
So far it works for mobile devices, however I still need to fix the subforums because it looks like
