Thank you, the problem has been resolved with the following steps to benefit
Go to phpmyadmin Then choose the table mybb_users Then choose structure from above And search for regex and delete it
This is how I fixed the problem. I don't know if this applies to everyone or not, but in all cases, a back-up must be done before any modification is made.
