I am unable to edit jquery.sceditor.mybb.css, but when I remove the version (?ver) at the end of .css line where it is loaded - I will be able to.

this file is in script of "build_codebuttons_editor" function and this function placed in 


admin/inc/class_page.php

That's for the ACP. More generally, for both ACP and front end, the answer to idila's question is:

In the codebuttons template under Ungrouped Templates. You might want to revert it.
