I'm banned on the website "http://univers-volvo.fr/" using my public IP address.
If I use a VPN, I'm not banned, and I can connect on this website.
How to fix this issue ?

You'd need to contact the site owner, we provider the software the forum uses but we don't have any control over each individual site, so we can't do anything about you being banned or blocked from it. If your IP has been banned, the forum admins will need to unban it.
