No. The changed CSS file is correct wildteen88. It was made that way. Basicly, instead of using myBB's theme system, cloud_9 uses its own, found in Cloud_9/styles.css. You should find it there! Enjoy!

So that wont be dynamically created then, so there is not point in him/her trying to change the bgcolor in the AdminCP, right?

nup, cause what is in the admin cp themes area and css template is actually in the css file. (the other templates are still there and used though!)
