I think you using portal as index and portal only display last threads and announcements, if you not found free solution , I can create a non-free plugin to show last post with your details in portal or other templates that you like.

Update :
if you want only your last posts, you can create a forum and send every post as newthread and select that forum as announcement forum in Portal Settings
