Alright. I’ll send a ticket to cheap domain,

Would I just tell them to whitelist the website?

Trying to figure how to best explain this issue to them

Unless you’re hosting the site with the same place the domain is from, the domain isn’t relevant. Did you buy hosting along with the domain?

Ask them if they have mod_security installed and if it can be disabled.

Namecheap is what’s it’s run though, it has a Cpanel, and there’s how you install everything, and upload files to the site.

The website custom DNS is liked to cloudflare.

Hope that helps?

If you’re paying Namecheap for web hosting and not just for the domain, then yes.

Alright. It's disabled.

What would the easies way be to use the cache of my site and using web archieves?

I'm unsure of the theme, let me know if anything comes across your mind.

Has to be a easier way, my site is https://i.imgur.com/zqNjQsj.png kinda getting there... not quite but would need to find files and stuff for most things

If you have the cached CSS files already, there's nothing else you're going to be able to recover from a page archive. You can edit a stylesheet in advanced mode and paste the cached CSS in, but any template changes will need to be re-made. That's the best you're going to be able to do I'm afraid without just re-creating it from scratch or finding another similar looking theme to use.
