This is the error, and I am unable to click on manage users / forums tab on admin panel.

Line 829 is :- (what to do to fix it) I have kept the forum closed for now..

If you look at the previous line, you'll see there's an edit, looks like being done by Bankpipe where it's using PluginLibrary to make a core file edit. So you'd need to ask the Bankpipe developer to fix the core file edit.

Okay got it. The dev for bankpipe is out of reach, so I disable that plugin for now, and it worked! Thanks!
