No reputation?

I installed the roundo theme but I'm not seeing any reputation + or - on any posts.  I have the reputation stuff all enabled.  

Doesn't look like anything is even there even in their own screenshots.

Check the reputation variable make sure its inserted or try this plugin  MyBB - Mods - Easy Rep
