Is there a plugin for mybb theme developers?

I found a plugin for vscode, but I didn't understand how to use it. Is there a plugin or application that we can use to design a mybb theme?

The plugin seems quite easy to use (by reading only), what issue did you find while trying to use it ?

In my plugins I store templates in files, so when I'm working on plugins I just refresh the templates on every page load while working, which makes it easy just to edit the templates files from within the IDE.
