I want to make something like this, I am using the plugin "profile picture" for cover photos, and I want to make it responsive.  I also want the buttons on the top right as well but I'm finding out a way to do it.

If you guys can link me to existing threads or make a guide that would be cool since im really bad at frontend stuff esp css
