[How To?] is there any core edit to show captcha in login page ?

I managed to add a patch that can show captcha when login attempts failed or appears on redirect page after trying to log in

but i want to show that in login page by default whether it is a login page or login popup

is there anyway to achieve it ?

by the here is the patch that i have mentioned above.

It shouldn't be hard to update the code to work for the loging page instead of the posting forms.
