Transfer Forum to different hosts?

Hi,

So I want to move my current MyBB forum which is setup on a web server I don't want to a web server I do want. What is the best possible way to transfer my forum between hosts without losing as much data as possible? Do I just simply drag my forums folder to my new host via ftp?

you have to export your website files and database also
