Reputation system tweak

I was just wondering if it was possible to do either of the following:

1) tweak the reputations file to allow unlimited votes.
or
2) Tweak it to allow administrator control over actual reputations

I like the reputation points and display. I am using it as a point tracker for my students. However, I need to be able to vote for the same user repeatedly.

Yes the lack of moderator/admin control is a bit of a problem. There is only the ability to delete a vote.

Unlimited votes should imho be an option.

With unlimited votes, you will need flood control. I've known people on boards which would spend half hour just giving negative votes to the same person.

Oh, I'm aware of the inherant flood issues this would inspire.
But, like I said, my usage of the reputation was a bit different than the normal scenario.
Hence the request for an optional plugin for direct moderator control of points, or having an option to turn unlimited voting on and off.

That's the exact reason the previous "unlimited" rep system was removed and replace by the current one. It's fairer, and not open to spamming.
