Issue on close bug in Translations Bug Tracker

Hello,

I'm french translator.

As you can see, in my Bug Tracker, some bugs are listed.
All were corrected, but, when I try to close a bug (switching from open to close),  it throws an SQL error (see attached image)

Could you fix this?

Furthermore, is there a way to remove development builds in builds list?

Did you attempt to change Assignee at the same time? We applied some fixes - let us know if it works.

I believe this is limited to staff members, but we usually leave old builds for archiving purposes.

Could an improvement be made so that a build can be replaced, instead of assigning the current to "DEV" and uploading a new one?
I think you will make me the same answer: we keep for archiving purposes. 

I ask you that because I corrected minor typos for versions 1.8.34 to 1.8.36 and it requires a lot of manipulations!
