Upgraded to 38 a weird problem while replying any thread

If anybody replies then the reply itself gets posted immediately but this happens (the rotating thing). If anybody replies with a Quote then this doesn't happen. In order to stop this you need to refresh the page. Have a look.

Sorry, I didn't understand it first. Anyway, I set the theme to default. And the problem is still there. have a look.

Try disabling all plugins. As there is normaly nothing here which shows this spinner I guess it's a plugin feature.
Once you found which it is, you may find the error whith it
