Not Logging in Mid-Upgrade

My forum was having a bunch of errors that basically broke it, so it was suggested I upgrade my MyBB version. I did, but now I'm stuck mid-upgrade because it's throwing errors when I try to log in to the admin cp to complete the upgrade, and I can't access any part of the site anymore because of the fact it's mid-upgrade. Anyone have any ideas?

create an empty file called "lock" and put it to /install

the solution is in your second screenshot; didn't you read it?
