Reset emoticons

Hello,
Because I uploaded many emoticons in images/smiles folder now some display wrong, hence I deleted all content from images/smiles and replaced it with all the basic ones from the clean installation folder.

But when I click the yellow emoticons button from the new post bar I see a long list of deleted emoticons, along with the new ones. So I decided to come back to the old chaos until I solve this issue. How to get rid of the empty places showed in the attach and remain only with the few emoticons uploaded in smiles folder?

ACP --> Configuration --> Smilies --> Mass Edit

set delete box for all smilies without a graphic
