How can I change that posts do not appear with a separator line but in a new window?

If I write a story with several parts, the parts should always appear in the new post and not through a separator line

I don't know if I understood you correctly or not .
but if you want only show one post per page you must go to
 Admin CP -> Configuration -> Show Thread Options
and change value of Posts Per Page setting to 1
