What's on your holiday menu?

What are you guys cooking for the holidays?

This years menu will be pretty much the same as last year but we have added a beef dish.. my husband and I will start cooking the sides and baked items tonight after work and we will begin prepping for the bigger dishes before we go to bed so that they will be the first ones in the oven tomorrow morning.. we hope to be finished with cooking by tomorrow afternoon so that we can stop by my brother's house to hang out for a bit..

Here's my menu..

Creamed Spinach
Baked Mac and cheese
Baked Rotisserie [seasoned] Chicken Breast
Honey Cornbread Muffins
Baked Ziti
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Four Cheese Mashed Potatoes
Potato Salad
Crescent Rolls
Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Ham
4 Different Pies (Dutch Apple, Fudge Brownie and Coconut Cream)
2 different Ice Cream
Cranberry Sauce
Stuffing w/ Gravy
Beef Tips with French Onion Gravy
Quiche Lorraine and Florentine
Sweet Potato Casserole

Granted, it's just the two of us but we will end up freezing more than half of it, this way, we won't have to cook for a while and we'll still have a lot of leftovers and enough for unexpected guests..
Thank you in advance for your time, and as always I appreciate any help offered.

Wow, what a feast! My family is not very big with Thanksgiving, however we do celebrate it still. We will be having a few traditional Vietnamese dishes and that's about it

Thanks and yeah, I know what you mean.. last year we went all out because it was our first time cooking for the holidays as new homeowners, and this year, it is because we knocked it out of the park last year and having frozen leftovers was pretty handy.. we had a lot of food from Turkey Day, Christmas and New Years that lasted a long time..

Thankfully we won't have to multitask with both cooking and unpacking boxes and organizing our stuff like last year.. so we are actually looking forward to this year and we can actually relax after cooking..

Next year will probably be a themed pot luck or something..
Thank you in advance for your time, and as always I appreciate any help offered.
