Not Solved
Hello everyone and Thank you to all the developers for creating and maintaining this very resourceful forum solution.

I have come to a problem after moving my forum to a different server and I need some advise. The forum seems to be working correctly until one tries to open any thread by clicking on its link, one gets the error message: "This page isn’t working. Website is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500".

Weird thing is, if one uses MyBB's search tool to find the same threads and then one clicks on the links provided by the search tools, MyBB shows the thread's content without a problem.

Any suggestions? Thank you so much in advance for taking the time to read this thread and provide advise.

I am using:
MyBB 1.8.38
PHP 8.3.14
Ubuntu 24.04
Apache/2.4.58
nginx/1.24.0
MariaDB 10.11.8

Access to ACP and activate error log. And disable all plugins.

As errors 50x are server errors, you'll have to see the server logs. And you use nginx & apache. Which is your real httpd ? Or the one you use for your forum ?

I found the culprit: A plugin to hide the content of a certain areas in a post.

Thanks for the advise.
